Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking an Operations Assistant Manager for a GARAGE store.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will maximize sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization, managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, E-comm order fulfillment, markdowns and merchandising to provide an outstanding shopping experience to every customer. You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store, optimizing inventory management,

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience in fashion clothing environment is preferred
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills and decision making abilities
• Social media skills, mobile device skills, and MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and managing inventory through shipments, replenishment, e-comm order fulfillment, markdowns and merchandising to provide an outstanding shopping experience.

Job summary:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Operations Assistant Manager is to maximize company sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and by managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, E-comm order fulfillment, markdowns and merchandising in order to provide an outstanding shopping experience to every customer.

You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will contribute to optimizing inventory management, increase sales and customer satisfaction, and ensure executionof the brand and visual standards in the store. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment
• Has passion for fashion
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills, as well as decision making abilities
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Be curious and creative, striving for ways to simplify processes & procedures
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration, takes a proactive approach to all tasks
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
