Groupe Dynamite is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Garage stores in Toronto. You will support the Store Manager, lead a dynamic team, and drive sales while maintaining an engaging customer experience on the selling floor and online.

You will help optimise inventory, ensure brand presentation standards, and contribute to store operations—balancing leadership with hands-on involvement to deliver results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for fashion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to adapt quickly in a changing business environment with proactive ideas.

Job summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as the Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store operations, by providing leadership that optimises sales results. You promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms. You play an important role in the day to day operations of the store. You contribute to optimising inventory management, and to increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store. You also contribute to the management of the inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfilment. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset


• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience


• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented


• Demonstrate solving skills and decision making abilities


• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions


• Excellent organisational, time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills


• Build partnerships and prioritise collaboration


• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
