Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as the Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, providing leadership to optimize sales results. You promote a positive shopping experience for customers, lead and inspire a high-performing team, and contribute to operational efficiency, inventory management, and sales growth. You also ensure the store meets brand and visual standards and support eCommerce order fulfillment. Your role is vital to the store's success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail, or equivalent management experience.
• Passion for fashion and customer service orientation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in adapting to changing business needs.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively.
• Social media skills, proficiency with mobile devices, and Microsoft Office or Open-Office.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
