Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as the Assistant Manager is to assist in all aspects of store operations by providing leadership that optimizes sales results. You promote a positive shopping experience for each customer while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms. You play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store, contributing to inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards. You also manage shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. You are an integral part of your store's success!

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or a related discipline is an asset.
• At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
• Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in adapting to changing business needs, with the ability to contribute impactful ideas and solutions.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Proficiency in Social Media, Mobile Devices, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or OpenOffice.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.

Posted Salary Range
