Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your primary goal as Sales Assistant Manager is to support the Manager in all aspects of store operations, providing leadership that maximizes sales results. You foster a positive shopping experience for every customer while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to generate operational efficiency and traffic both on the sales floor and through digital platforms. You are an integral part of your store's success!

Qualifications
  • High school diploma; post-secondary studies in business or related discipline are an asset
  • 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail, or equivalent management experience
  • A passion for fashion, a dynamic personality, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency to identify and react in a constantly evolving work environment, providing impactful ideas and solutions
  • Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on others' ideas
  • Ability to establish partnerships and prioritize collaboration
  • Skills with social media, mobile devices, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
  • Availability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) as needed
