The Gaming Technical Administrator is responsible for scheduling, coordination, and upgrades to electronic gaming equipment within all Gateway Ontario Casinos. Additionally, this role involves ordering, shipping, receiving, and inventory controls for slot machine parts within the Gateway Corporate warehouse in London.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate the compilation of submissions. Participate in authoring documents, reviews, and comments for regulatory applications and submissions.
- Maintain and be responsible for Slot Files across all Gateway Casinos in Ontario, including software lists.
- Track, maintain, and order all software affected by Alcohol and Gaming Commission revocations and customer notifications from Slot Vendors for all Gateway Casinos in Ontario.
- Maintain accurate gaming logs to comply with AGCO, OLG, and internal regulations.
- Maintain and improve the preventive/predictive maintenance system, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of slot preventative maintenance work.
- Track gaming machine malfunctions, causes, and involved parts.
- Create or initiate records, reports, and administrative documentation as required.
- Complete daily Shipping/Receiving paperwork, including internal transfers.
- Schedule inbound and outbound loads and input information into the Warehouse schedule.
- Assist in inventory control, including cycle counts and reports on inventory issues.
- Stock, issue, and track all off-site warehouse inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and develop process improvements to reduce inventory costs and maximize working capital.
- Maintain warehouse shipping, receiving, and storage areas.
- Coordinate removal and destruction of expired/damaged inventory.
- Coordinate repairs for slot part inventory with vendors.
- Maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pump tracks, etc.).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Highly organized multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet navigation
- Strong understanding of casino products, systems, and regulations within Ontario
- 3-5 years of casino or operations industry experience or equivalent
- Forklift license (preferred)
- Eligibility for AGCO Licensing
