About the role:
The casino is far from your typical workplace! Our attendants are right in the heart of the action on the main gaming floor, ensuring that our Gaming Machine customers have a top-notch experience. Tasks include assisting with minor machine repairs (training provided!), answering general queries, and supporting our responsible gaming programme by promoting safe and responsible gaming. You'll also help maintain a clean and tidy area by tidying chairs and removing empty glasses. The role involves a fair amount of walking, so it's perfect for those who want to stay active while working!

This is a part-time opportunity, working approximately 16-24 hours per week. Friday and Saturday nights are our busiest times, so availability during these times is preferred. Flexibility in your schedule will be an advantage.

A passion for customer service is essential. You'll understand the importance of handling confidential information carefully, anticipate customer needs, resolve issues with ease, and provide excellent service consistently. With a confident communication style, you'll approach customers in an outgoing, friendly, and positive manner. Attention to detail, professionalism, good judgment, and knowing when to escalate matters are key qualities for this role.
