Job Title:Gameplay Programmer

Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Gameplay Programmer to lead the development and technical quality of gameplay systems. You’ll work closely with design, art, and engineering teams to implement features that deliver compelling player experiences.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver high-quality, performant gameplay systems that meet design and technical goals

  • Debug and optimize code for performance

  • Apply and advocate for coding best practices

  • Collaborate on technical design documents and peer code reviews

  • Identify and resolve development risks

  • Stay current with evolving technologies and tools

What you must have:

  • Proficient in C++ and object-oriented programming

  • Strong debugging and optimization skills (low- and high-level)

  • Effective communicator and problem solver

  • Well-organized with strong time management

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Games-as-a-Service (GaaS) systems

  • Understanding of cloud-based development and streaming

  • Experience implementing systems like AI, networking, UI, or character control

  • Strong grasp of game design and mechanics
