Job Description

A Galley Builder is responsible for building trolleys, units, and buy-on-board items by following customer specifications and checking the boarding bill. The finished products are then pushed to the staging area in the holding fridge.

Job Specific Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions and airline specifications

Employee Expectations:

• Work assigned schedule, which may include multiple shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Work overtime when required
• Follow written specifications and directions
• Complete paperwork accurately
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers
• Work as part of a team

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Environmental Conditions:

• Exposure to extreme temperature changes and noise
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move products, equipment, and supplies up to 25 pounds
• Stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
