What You’ll Do

• Support store performance by managing sales, expenses, and key operations including merchandising, customer service, and loss prevention.
• Attract, recruit, and develop top talent through training and mentorship. Foster a positive environment for staff and customers.
• Implement action plans for projects, targets, initiatives, and store changes. Contribute to succession planning.
• Execute strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service goals, and improve store layout and efficiency.

About You

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and mentor.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, safety, and loss prevention, with strong follow-through skills.
