What you’ll be doing

Our Advisors are customer-centric and skilled at connecting with people in a relatable way. As a vital part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

  1. Taking a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and listening carefully.
  2. Educating customers by providing relevant insights and expert advice.
  3. Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals.
  4. Nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
  5. Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that enhance customer experience.
What you need to succeed
  • A strong desire and motivation to build customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment, aligned with customer goals.
  • Skill in uncovering and addressing customer needs.
  • Mutual Funds license and progress towards the CIFP Diploma.
