What you’ll be doing

Our Advisors are customer-centric and connect with people in a relatable way. As a vital part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s journey by:

  1. Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests
  2. Educating customers with relevant insights and expert advice
  3. Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals
  4. Nurturing strong, long-term relationships
  5. Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by meeting sales goals that support a positive customer experience
What you need to succeed
  • Strong drive to build customer relationships and deliver excellent service
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals
  • Ability to uncover and solve customer needs
  • Mutual Funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma
