Product Management roles at Questrade are drivers of product strategy, lifecycle management, and user-centric delivery across our scaling enterprise ecosystem. You will take ownership or support with complex and/or developing product portfolios, transforming shifting business expectations and deep customer insights into stable, highly competitive digital solutions. Key deliverables might include defining multi-quarter product roadmaps, producing robust product requirements, and managing successful feature deployments from discovery to launch. The scope of impact ranges from cross-functional squads to departmental alignment and enterprise-level growth, adapting naturally in complexity depending on the formal leveling of the chosen candidate and role we are seeking to fill.

Please note: This posting is intended to capture interest for future Product Management roles at Questrade. We are incredibly grateful for your interest in our team. Because we receive a large volume of applications, our talent acquisition team is only able to reach out directly to candidates whose skills and experiences most closely align with the core requirements of the position. Thank you for your understanding and for sharing your time with us.

In this role, responsibilities might include:

Own and Drive Product Strategy: Establish a clear product roadmap by synthesizing market analytics, user feedback, and competitive intelligence to advance enterprise commercial goals (Strategic Mindset, Business Insight).

Navigate Complex Requirements & Backlogs: Translate sophisticated, sometimes contradictory information into unambiguous product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure engineering and design work with total clarity (Manages Complexity, Plans and Aligns).

Deliver Customer-Centric Solutions: Lead deep user research and data-driven discovery to build intuitive digital experiences that explicitly resolve client pain points and boost retention (Customer Focus).

Operate and Deliver in Ambiguity: Act with a strong sense of urgency to push minimal viable products (MVPs) and structural updates live, remaining highly adaptable when market demands or technical environments shift unexpectedly (Action Oriented, Manages Ambiguity).

Champion Collaborative Innovation: Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and Marketing to build shared goals, negotiate technical trade-offs, and foster a culture of creative experimentation (Collaborates, Cultivates Innovation).

Communicate and Balance Stakeholder Needs: Articulate clear product visions, roadmap trade-offs, and performance metrics to both technical engineering teams and non-technical business leaders, ensuring shared buy-in (Communicates Effectively, Balances Stakeholders).

Establish Accountability & Drive Results: Monitor post-launch product metrics, holding cross-functional squads to account for software quality, timelines, and measurable business outcomes (Ensures Accountability, Drives Results).

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

Core Product Experience: Demonstrated track record working within a modern product management framework, scaling from feature-level implementation up to platform ecosystem management.

Problem-Solving Skills: Proven capability to break down highly technical or messy user experience challenges into systematic, solvable components.

Execution & Delivery: Experience working closely with agile engineering methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to ship high-quality features continuously under tight parameters.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with an innate ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly to varied audiences.

Have experience within the Fintech, digital brokerage, or broader Financial Services industry.

Have familiarity with complex cloud-native architectures, data infrastructure, or API-driven ecosystems.

Have professional product management certifications (e.g., Product Management Professional, Pragmatic Institute, Agile Product Owner).
