Job description

Our client in Oakville is a leading food brokerage, and they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join their growing team. If you are seeking a long-term position with room to grow, then this could be a great fit for you!

In this role, you would be helping to receive incoming product and stock the designated bins. Your primary responsibilities would include order picking, packaging, palletizing, and labeling products to prepare them for shipment.

Location:
Oakville, ON

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Wage:
$20+ /hour – based upon experience and knowledge

What makes you a great fit for the role?
– Able to work 40 hours per week on your SIN for at least a year
– A valid forklift license with experience operating a Counterbalance forklift.
– Previous experience with picking, packing, palletizing, and shipping/receiving.
– Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
– Proficient with computers and have previous experience using an RF scanner.
– Availability to work full-time hours, with a 7:00am start Monday to Friday.
– Reliable transportation to get to the site each day.
– Attentive to detail and a positive team player.
