Din Tai Fung is seeking an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and brand standards. JOB PURPOSE :
The AEKM (Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager) is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the kitchen while ensuring food safety, brand standards, and operational excellence. They assist in leading managers and team members, ensure accurate and effective scheduling, partnering with RSC support, and ensuring the team is trained and up to date on new procedures. The AEKM is also involved in hiring decisions, performance evaluations, and maintaining kitchen efficiency by working closely with the EKM and others. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
