Join the BC Lions Ticket Sales Team!

The BC Lions Football Club is seeking energetic, driven, and motivated individuals passionate about sports to join our Ticket Sales & Fan Services team as an Account Executive. This role focuses on generating new revenue through ticket sales and maximizing revenue from existing season ticket accounts.

As part of our dedicated Ticket Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in our Sales Training Program at BC Lions Training Camp
  • Growing our fan base by identifying and facilitating new ticket sales
  • Generating revenue through lead generation and prospect qualification
  • Networking to develop contacts through inside and outside sales
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships through service
  • Renewing and increasing revenue from assigned season ticket accounts
  • Meeting or exceeding sales and renewal targets
  • Handling customer complaints promptly
  • Managing customer service via the ROAR Line
  • Assisting with game day duties as needed
  • Maintaining records using ticketing software
  • Supporting special events and promotions
Qualifications
  • Professional attitude and desire to work in sports
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Enthusiastic and confident phone manner
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to handle objections
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and Archtics is preferred
  • Grade 12 education required; diploma or degree is an asset
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation

Base salary plus commissions, with total earnings ranging from $36,000 to over $50,000 annually depending on sales volume. Expect a 30% increase in earnings in subsequent seasons.
