Job summary

Contemporary Office Interiors in Vancouver is seeking a results-driven Project Manager focused on furniture fitting and installation. You will plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, coordinating with clients, dealers, and trades to meet schedule and budget while ensuring quality and safety.

This full-time, hybrid role offers a client-facing position with regular 9–5 hours, occasional extended hours, and a collaborative team environment across COI offices in Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience leading furniture installation projects in commercial settings.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule and budget across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong coordination between dealers, manufacturers, and field teams.
• Familiarity with cross-border logistics and US customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close projects ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
• Serve as single point of contact for customers and project communications.
• Coordinate dealer/manufacturer teams and manage project scope and resources.
• Develop work plans, schedules and logistics aligned with project goals.
• Prepare quotes, assist with proposals and client presentations.
