What You Will Do
- Prospect & Build: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our commercial furniture footprint.
- Grow & Nurture: Maintain and profitably grow relationships with existing Grand & Toy accounts.
- Design & Advise: Leverage your expertise in space planning and design to deliver tailored furniture solutions.
- Collaborate: Work closely with clients, architects, and project teams—interpreting blueprints and bringing visions to life.
- Lead the Way: Be a trusted advisor, helping organizations create productive, beautiful, and functional workspaces.
What You Bring

- A proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or commercial interiors.
- A drive to exceed targets and grow your portfolio.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
What Qualifications You Need
- You are knowledgeable about sales of commercial furniture products and services, acquired through either formal education or a minimum of 2–3 years of on-the-job experience (equivalent to a diploma or degree in business or sales).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales, developing new business, and growing existing accounts.
- Ability to read architectural blueprints/drawings and understand furniture layout or space planning.
- Familiarity with RFP tender process.
- Experience with HON and other major Grand & Toy vendors is a plus.
- Participation in industry-specific affiliated programs is a plus.
- Occasional travel, including possible weekend and evening work.
- Experience in interior design or project management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM (Dynamics) tools.
- Ability to learn and utilize complex pricing, order, and sales tracking databases (HFA / PowerBI).

- Competitive base salary starting at $60,000–$70,000.
