Job summary

Islamic Relief Canada in Vancouver is seeking a Fixed Term Fund Development role to strengthen community fundraising efforts and engage volunteers to support global relief work. About the Department:

The Fund Development department aims to develop and implement strategies to increase the funding income of Islamic Relief through a range of fundraising initiatives and through the acquisition and retention of donors, volunteers and community supporters

Job Purpose:

• This position will work directly under the Regional FD Manager. He/she will be responsible for supporting the fulfillment of the organizational objectives of developing and optimising on community fundraising and volunteer initiatives

• This position will be the point of contact and representative of IRC with their regional volunteer teams.
