CFY is seeking to hire one (1) full-time, permanent Fund Development and Communications Officer to join our Fund Development and Communications Team. The team oversees all aspects of communications, marketing, and fundraising for CFY and provides support to the organization.
Reporting to the Director of Fund Development and Communications the Fund Development and Communications Officer will play a key role within the FDC team to help lead all aspects of marketing and communications while driving fund development initiatives that advance CFY’s mission and growth. For this pivotal role, CFY is seeking a fund development professional strong in donor engagement, relationship management, leading and supporting fundraising events, grant writing, and volunteer management. CFY is seeking a professional equally strong in communications with a full range of skills – content creation, graphic design, social media, public relations, and digital communications, who can bring both creative vision and execution to the organization’s mission. The successful candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, a highly skilled writer, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes initiative
The is an in-office position with a total of 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility in work hours will be required for events and engagements.
