Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule a team of fund accountants; oversee cross-training, resource allocation, and team performance.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client queries, ensuring timely NAV production, financial statements, and reports.
• Audit process owner; prepare/review financial statements with strict SOC1 controls and operational checklists.
• Track client profit margins, manage billing/collections, monitor utilization and overtime, and oversee incident management.
• Contribute to local and global tech and process optimization initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

As Fund Administration Manager, you will:

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and schedule a team of fund accountants; oversee cross-training, resource allocation, and team performance.
• Client & SLA Management: Serve as the primary escalation point for client queries, maintaining high satisfaction while ensuring the accurate, timely delivery of NAV production, financial statements, and associated reports.
• Audit & Operational Control: Accountable for the audit process, financial statement preparation/review, and strict compliance with SOC1 controls and operational checklists.
• Financial & Risk Governance: Track client profit margins, manage billing/collections, monitor team utilization and overtime, and oversee incident management.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to local and global tech and process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: 5+ years in fund administration, specifically within Hedge Funds.
• Leadership: Proven team management and leadership experience.
