Description-Fund Accounting Experience Required
As a Member of Our Team, You Will be Responsible For:
- Review appraisal reports and models to ensure that appropriate valuations are recognized/recorded and liaise with external vendors to satisfy queries/issues.
- Prepare real estate investment accounting entries derived from transactions, valuations and property manager reports.
- Reconcile investment level financial statements and information to internal accounting records.
- Consult with team and participate in the implementation of improvements to existing reporting and accounting functions.
- Lead elements of private market solution implementation, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, data migration and testing/validation.
- Prepare and provide support to ad-hoc requests received from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Review and/or prepare financial statement note support and reporting schedules for year-end purposes.
- Partner with various stakeholders (e.g. Performance, Data, Front Office, etc.) to ensure quality reporting is produced on a timely basis.
- Liaise with external clients to meet information and reporting requirements.
- Leads research and analysis of investment accounting treatments and applies accounting knowledge to potential changes.
- Any other ad hoc items and reporting duties as assigned.

- Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
