Job description

The Consultant, Private Market Operations will support the implementation of Chronograph as a portfolio monitoring solution (PMS), primarily for Real Estate investments and Credit investments. The main responsibility is providing end-to-end support to the investment and operations teams regarding system implementation, including investment onboarding, data capture, validation, management, and reporting. The role involves teamwork and close collaboration with Middle Office, Investment Operations, Investments, and IT.

Responsibilities

1. Identify, collect, and update data from multiple sources to support portfolio monitoring system requirements.
2. Analyze internal and external data inputs, analytical outputs, and reports for accuracy and reasonableness; support root cause analysis by collaborating with internal teams.
3. Manage information flow within the organization to support investment teams.
4. Establish new business processes, including defining roles and responsibilities, aligned with the target support model for the portfolio monitoring solution.
5. Provide expertise in Real Estate finance and operations, with knowledge of Credit investments considered an asset.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
