About The Role

As a Solutions Architect – SAP S/4HANA, you’ll play a key product leadership role in defining, designing, and delivering enterprise-wide architecture strategies. You’ll guide organizations on their S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation journey, bringing deep product expertise and a business-focused mindset to each engagement.

You’ll partner with internal stakeholders and clients to architect robust solutions, map out roadmaps, identify integration opportunities, and ensure alignment with long-term business goals — all while staying ahead of the curve on SAP innovations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead Solution Architecture for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects, aligning business goals with scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions.
• Design and lead delivery of End-to-End business solutions, guiding implementations from scope through go-live and beyond.
• Evaluate and Introduce New Technologies through research, proof-of-concepts, and team-wide adoption.
• Collaborate with Clients and Internal Teams to gather requirements, validate designs, and ensure value-driven outcomes.
• Mentor Developers and Consultants, provide architectural oversight, and lead delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Define Integration Strategies between S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and third-party/cloud platforms to enable seamless business operations.
• Stay Ahead of Innovation in SAP Public Cloud technologies and help shape Vision33’s future-ready architecture approach.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of ERP architecture experience, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition transformation and enterprise-wide solution design.
• Deep SAP knowledge, including functional understanding of core modules and a proven track record leading complex implementations or migrations.
• Cloud and Integration Expertise: Experience with hybrid environments, SAP BTP, and integrating SAP systems with external platforms and services.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop transformation roadmaps and align functional solutions with overarching business strategies.
• Strong Communication Skills: Adept at working with C-level executives, clients, and technical teams to drive clarity, buy-in, and execution.
• Leadership Experience: Previous success mentoring teams, managing development cycles, and enforcing architectural standards.
• Continuous Learner: Passion for staying current with evolving SAP innovations, enterprise technology trends, and best practices.
