The Oxford Hills School District is seeking excellent candidates for the position of Special Education Functional Life Skills Teacher at The Guy E. Rowe Elementary School grades 4-6 in Norway, ME.
Guy E. Rowe is a community school located in the heart of Norway. We seek educators who work collaboratively on shared goals.
This teacher would join a fabulous team to work with students in a self-contained life skills setting. Student disabilities could include ID, Autism, and OHI. Focus is on functional academics, ADL, communication, participation in inclusive classes, and other individual needs. Grade level would vary, but expected to include primary grades.
Candidates must hold a valid Maine certification 282 or the ability to obtain one with appropriate endorsement(s).
