Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated D365 F&A to join our IT team. You will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and supporting our D365 F&O environment, collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to analyze requirements, design solutions, and optimize D365 F&O usage.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design and implementation of new features within D365 F&O to optimize processes.
  • Work with Finance and D365 users to gather requirements and recommend best practices.
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities leveraging D365 F&O.
  • Stay updated on D365 F&O latest features and roadmap.
  • Evaluate new releases and propose adoption plans.
  • Develop a long-term D365 F&O enhancement roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
  • Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with developers and vendors on integration projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Serve as SME for D365 F&O, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
  • Partner with developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure best practices, security, and architecture standards are maintained.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Support the adoption of new features through training and documentation.
  • Promote D365 F&O best practices across departments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Deep understanding of D365 F&O modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing D365 F&O solutions.
  • Experience with system integrations.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Attention to detail and quality focus.
  • X++ development experience is a plus.
  • Cloud platform experience (Azure) is a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O are a plus.
  • Desire to learn and adapt to new features.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
