Job summary

Elite CSP in Québec, QC (Hybrid) is seeking a Functional Analyst to bridge business needs with practical EAM solutions. You will gather requirements, prioritize them, and translate them into clear functional specifications guiding implementation.

You will support design workshops and client demonstrations, validate deliverables with users and project teams, and ensure alignment between client processes and the proposed solution.

Qualifications

• Experience in functional analysis within IT or EAM environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and synthesis skills.
• Ability to structure information and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of maintenance or asset management operations.
• Knowledge of Maximo or similar enterprise platforms is appreciated.
