Job description

Full time inbound customer service agents needed that are fluent in BOTH French & English! Work from home! Full time hours! Work in the telecommunications industry!

Due to payroll requirements, all applicants must be currently living in one of the following provinces:
– British Columbia
– Alberta
– Saskatchewan
– Manitoba
– Ontario
– New Brunswick
– Nova Scotia
– PEI

All applicants must have a valid SIN and be able to work full time, 40 hours a week long term.

MUST SPEAK FRENCH FLUENTLY – THIS WILL BE TESTED.

Inbound Call Center Position Responsibilities:
  1. Must speak fluent French and fluent English as some customers may only speak French.
  2. Must be able to work rotating shifts between the hours of 7am-12am EST, 5 days a week (schedule is provided in advance).
  3. Must be comfortable working on a computer.
  4. Must have customer service experience either in person, office, or remote.
  5. Must have home internet and be able to hardwire in.
  6. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

You will be communicating with customers through inbound calls, identifying customer needs through active listening to answer questions, assist with troubleshooting, or make product recommendations based on the customers' needs. Take payment, explain charges, and help customers navigate self-serve options.

All applicants must be fluent in both French and English, have a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least 6 months of customer service experience, and have your computer hard-wired to the internet.

You will work 8 to 9.5 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week. Your shifts will fall between the hours of 7am and midnight, Monday to Sunday EST.
