In this role, you'll manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, partnering closely with HR and business leaders. You'll be the first point of contact, providing expert consultation and advice to hiring managers, and independently generating candidate flow through diverse sourcing channels. What you'll do :

  • Manage full end-to-end recruitment and provide consultation for a designated business line.
  • Advise and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Liaise with industry organizations, recruitment vendors, and candidates.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels, including internal postings, internet recruiting, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Develop innovative and cost-effective sourcing solutions.
  • Educate hiring managers on staffing processes, diversity, interviewing skills, and relevant legislation.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to both candidates and hiring managers to facilitate selection.
  • Manage recruitment processes and information within the Applicant Tracking System (People-Click).
  • Participate in special staffing-oriented projects as needed.

What you'll bring :

  • 5+ years of recruiter experience , with a mix of agency (360 desk) and corporate recruiting experience preferred.
  • Strong bilingualism (conversational and written) in French and English is a must.
