Job summary

LCI Education seeks a Fullstack AI Developer to design, develop, and deliver software solutions using agentic workflows within a modern MACH stack. You will join a team operating a Claude Code multi-agent setup in production and help evolve the AI-augmented development platform.

The role requires 5–7 years of software development experience in a modern web environment, fluency in French and English, and active GitHub participation.

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver software features using agentic coding workflows (code generation from specifications, execution of multi-step tasks and autonomous problem solving).
• Design and configure multi-agent workflows adapted to the needs of the LCI digital platform.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Claude Code multi-agent setup in production (specialized agents, skills, hooks).
• Apply advanced prompt engineering practices in software development (system prompts, structured outputs, iterative refinement).
• Architect, build and deploy solutions on a MACH platform powered by Uniform, Vercel, Coveo, Segment and Dynamics 365.
• Transform structured requirements into functional code via AI agents.

Job description

As a Fullstack AI Developer, and under the supervision of the Director - IT Delivery you design, develop, and deliver software solutions by leveraging advanced agent coding workflows. You will join a team that already operates a custom Claude Code multi-agent setup in production. You are helping to evolve this infrastructure and define the next generation of AI-augmented development within LCI Education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver software features using agentic coding workflows (code generation from specifications, execution of multi-step tasks and autonomous problem solving);
• Design and configure multi-agent workflows adapted to the needs of the LCI digital platform;
• Contribute to the evolution of the existing Claude Code multi-agent setup in production (specialized agents, skills, hooks);
• Apply advanced prompt engineering practices in software development (system prompts, structured outputs, iterative refinement);
• Architect, build and deploy solutions on a modern composable platform (MACH) powered by Uniform, Vercel, Coveo, Segment and Dynamics 365;
• Participate in spec-driven development by transforming structured requirements into functional code via AI agents;
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to integrate AI into development processes;
• Share best practices and contribute to the evolution of the AI culture within the team.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience;
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software development within a modern web environment;
• 2 years of concrete experience within the Full-Stack AI ecosystem, agentic workflows, and proficiency with modern tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Supabase, or similar; profiles with at least 1 year of combined experience will also be considered;
• Demonstrated ability to deliver and operate software using AI as a daily working tool;
• Proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript within a modern web stack;
• Familiarity with composable / MACH architecture (headless CMS, API-first, microservices) and modern deployment platforms (Vercel, Next.js);
• Active GitHub account required;
• Fluency in French (spoken and written);
• Professional-level fluency in English (spoken and written);

This role involves frequent interactions with internal and external customers and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
