Job summary

LCI Education in Montreal is seeking a Fullstack AI Developer to design, develop and deliver software leveraging agentic workflows and AI agents in production.

You will work with Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, and a MACH stack (Uniform, Vercel, Coveo, Segment, Dynamics 365) to build scalable solutions; fluency in French and English is required; collaboration with internal and external partners is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software development within a modern web environment
• 2 years of concrete experience within the Full-Stack AI ecosystem, agentic workflows, and proficiency with modern tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Supabase, or similar; profiles with at least 1 year of combined experience will also be considered
• Demonstrated ability to deliver and operate software using AI as a daily working tool
• Familiarity with composable / MACH architecture (headless CMS, API-first, microservices) and modern deployment platforms (Vercel, Next.js)
• Fluency in French (spoken and written)
• Professional-level fluency in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver software features using agentic coding workflows (code generation from specifications, execution of multi-step tasks and autonomous problem solving)
• Design and configure multi-agent workflows adapted to the needs of the LCI digital platform
• Contribute to the evolution of the existing Claude Code multi-agent setup in production (specialized agents, skills, hooks)
• Apply advanced prompt engineering practices in software development (system prompts, structured outputs, iterative refinement)
• Architect, build and deploy solutions on a modern composable platform (MACH) powered by Uniform, Vercel, Coveo, Segment and Dynamics 365
• Participate in spec-driven development by transforming structured requirements into functional code via AI agents
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to integrate AI into development processes
• Share best practices and contribute to the evolution of the AI culture within the team

As a Fullstack AI Developer, and under the supervision of the Director - IT Delivery you design, develop, and deliver software solutions by leveraging advanced agent coding workflows. You will join a team that already operates a custom Claude Code multi-agent setup in production. You are helping to evolve this infrastructure and define the next generation of AI-augmented development within LCI Education.
