YFC Steinbach | Youth Unlimited is seeking a full-time Youth Worker to engage with youth in Steinbach and surrounding areas. The role focuses on building relationships, discipleship, and creating safe, welcoming spaces for young people.

Responsibilities include drop-in evenings, 1-on-1 mentorship, and community programs, with strong emphasis on faith alignment and integrity. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required; fundraising support is part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Direct Youth Engagement & Relational Ministry: create welcoming environments and connect with youth.
• 1-to-1 & Small Group Mentorship: weekly check-ins and ongoing discipleship with youth.
• Special Programming: design and run programs during non-school days and summers.
