Job type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours are estimated to be approximately 32 hours per week.

Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist in leading our shop at Place D'Orleans. The Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions related to merchandising, customer service, and shop operations are performed efficiently and according to company policies and guidelines. You will guide staff but will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Success depends on your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work collaboratively within a team.

This permanent full-time position requires availability for all shift types (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
