Job summary

JD Sports Galleries D'Anjou in QC is seeking a Full-Time Supervisor to lead daily store operations, deliver top-tier customer experiences, and coach a growing team.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, and performance, foster an inclusive environment, and drive KPI results while adapting to a fast-paced omni-channel retail setting.

This role requires nights, weekends and holiday availability, a passion for streetwear, and a commitment to living the culture JD Sports promotes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management or keyholder experience.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates.
• Confident engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results through customer interactions and product knowledge.
• Strong numerical skills including problem analysis and financial analysis.

The Role:

Our Retail team is looking for a Full-time Supervisor to join our JD Sports Galleries D'Anjou location! Come join our quickly growing and developing team at JD Sports Canada. Main responsibilities include delivering excellent customer experience and fostering growth and development to the team. Most importantly you will ensure operational excellence by performing managerial tasks, such as scheduling, maintaining inventory, and/or evaluating employee performance.
