Firefly Solar Inc. in London, ON is hiring an Appointment Setter to be the first contact between homeowners and our solar program, engaging in conversations about energy costs and solar options while coordinating in-home consultations with our senior Solar Educators.

This is a face-to-face, door-to-door field role with full training, scripts, coaching, and CRM support; there is a clear advancement path from Setter to Self-Generator to Closer and then Team Lead, with commissions and uncapped

The Role:

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact between homeowners and our solar program, having genuine conversations about energy costs and solar options while coordinating in-home consultations with our senior Solar Educators. This is a face-to-face, door-to-door field role and a great opportunity to gain experience in the growing residential solar industry and build a career from the ground up.

• Conservative: ~$50K/year
• Average: ~$70–80K/year
• High performer: $115K+/year
