A leading organization is seeking a dedicated Frontline Supervisor to join their team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism. The ideal candidate has a strong customer focus, previous supervisory experience, and is bilingual. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Frontline Supervisor. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily opening and closing procedures with precision and reliability.
Greet clients warmly and provide clear, detailed explanations of our products and services.
Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Schedule appointments through various channels: phone, email, social media, and in person.
Accurately process payments, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Supervise team members to ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
Provide support across departments, including auto detailing as needed.
Work up to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role and/or auto detailing is preferred.
Bilingual in French and English is considered a strong asset.
Experience is valued but not mandatory—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Must possess a valid G2 driver’s license and be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
Demonstrated ability to handle opening and closing responsibilities independently.
Professional demeanor with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong multitasking ability and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
Reliable with a strong attendance record.
Self-motivated with a proactive and positive work ethic.
Team player who also thrives working independently.
