Ready to suit up as a Sudbury as a Security Guard

We are looking for a motivated Security Guard to join our growing team in an exciting and rewarding position. This position requires ability to pass security clearance, specialized testing and ability to drive a marked vehicle. This location is an exciting location, has great activity and will provide a vibrant and diverse workday. This role will see you providing an exceptional customer service experience to while ensuring staff, patrons and contractors remain safe. If you are looking for a unique opportunity with opportunities for advancement - this is the job for you!

Pay Rate: $20.74/hour

Shifts: Rotating 2 weeks of Days/2 weeks of Night shifts 0700-1900 / 1900-0700 with a great work life balance!

Responsibilities for a Sudbury Security Guard

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
  
  

Qualifications For a Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification
• Ability to stand and walk entire shift
