Job summary

TELUS is hiring a Full Time Sales Representative for the West Edmonton Mall location in Edmonton, AB. You will engage customers in store, by phone and messaging, using technology to enhance their experience and meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in store, by phone and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the floor with product knowledge.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering excellent service.
