Mons Royale Ltd in Whistler is seeking a friendly Retail Representative for a full-time seasonal role this Winter, with a potential extension through Summer at our flagship store. You will provide outstanding customer service, offer insights on Mons Royale products, and help foster an inclusive in-store experience.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, quick learners with strong communication skills and a passion for outdoor sports and sustainability. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

• Previous retail or sales experience is an asset but not required.

• Knowledge / experience using merino or Mons products.
• Passion for outdoor sports, sustainability and the Mons Royale brand.
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

We have an opportunity for a full-time, seasonal Retail Representatives to join our team this Winter with the opportunity to extend through to Summer in our Whistler Flagship Store. You will provide outstanding customer service, advice and insights on the Mons Royale brand and products.

The successful applicant will lead a passionate outdoor lifestyle, who loves to engage with people from all walks of life. Customer service driven that is a natural communicator.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Create an inclusive in-store experience for our customers, and our in-store team.

Position & Schedule:

• Full-Time, seasonal position with the opportunity to extend through Summer
• Opportunity for 4 x 10's schedule, giving you 3 days off to enjoy all that Whistler has to offer!
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
