We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Reservations Sales Specialist to join our Corporate Worldwide Reservations & Revenue Team.

The Reservations Sales Specialist is seen as a trusted advisor who exemplifies the highly personalized service for which Four Seasons has been known for 60 years. Specialists are only a phone call away and work to understand guests’ needs and interests to confidently recommend and book the perfect Four Seasons experience, whether they are travelling for business or pleasure in any of our luxury properties around the world.

This role is a fully remote, full-time position working 35 hours per week, based in Ontario. Contact Centre hours of operation are Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM, subject to change based on business requirements. This role reports to the Supervisor, Contact Centre and involves interactions primarily with internal stakeholders at various levels.

Key Activities:

  1. Use a consultative sales approach to identify guests’ needs and make relevant recommendations.
  2. Actively seek opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services that add value to the guest experience.
  3. Book reservations ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
  4. Clearly explain rates, availability, and cancellation policies pertaining to the reservation.
  5. Respond to customer service inquiries in a professional manner.
  6. Liaise with hotels on behalf of guests and travel professionals.
  7. Meet or exceed established sales and quality goals.

Experience, Education, and Professional Qualifications / What You Bring:
