  • Base wage of $17.05 per hour in most Canadian provinces
  • Uncapped bonus earning potential through commissions
  • Full-time hours: Monday-Friday, 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm EST (adjust for your time zone). Not a part-time position.

Your typical day at work:

As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will ensure customers receive the best value for their products and services. Your responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls primarily to previous and existing customers
  • Upselling and adding on products and services that meet customer needs
  • Staying updated on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming, and TV services
  • Understanding customer situations and recognizing their needs
  • Building rapport quickly and overcoming objections
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI targets

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience working in a call center, especially in outbound sales roles
  • At least 6 months of sales experience
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections
  • A motivation to increase earnings in a bonus-driven sales environment
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask with various software applications
  • Hard-wired internet connection and Ethernet capability
