Responsibilities

Training will be provided to enable you to:

• Receive, grade, and process shipments of Certified Pre-Owned devices
• Identify cosmetic and functional flaws through grading and triage
• Conduct tests to identify issues with telecommunication equipment
• Report on device grades and failures
• Analyze Repair Guides and troubleshoot electronic equipment
• Repair and refurbish devices following brand guidelines
• Meet productivity targets
• Resolve software interface issues
• Maintain accurate device records and labels
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge
• Follow safety regulations and standards

Working hours

• Flexible hours including weekends, from 8:00am to 6:30pm EST

Application process

Base Hourly Pay: $17 - $18

Total compensation depends on experience, skills, and performance.
