Responsibilities

We provide training on how to:

• Receive, grade, and process bulk shipments of Certified Pre-Owned devices
• Identify cosmetic and functional flaws through grading and triage
• Conduct tests to identify issues with telecommunication equipment
• Provide detailed reporting on device grades and failures
• Analyze Technical Repair Guides and troubleshoot electronic equipment
• Repair and refurbish electronic equipment according to brand guidelines
• Meet productivity targets
• Resolve software interface issues
• Maintain accurate device records and labeling
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge
• Follow safety regulations and standards

Working hours

• Flexible hours including weekends; operation hours from 8:00am to 6:30pm EST

What you can expect after you apply

Base Hourly Pay: $17 - $18
