Job Bank in Mississauga is seeking a CNC machinist to read engineering drawings, set up and operate production machines, and inspect parts to close tolerances. This permanent, full‑time position pays 37.00 hourly for a 30‑hour work week and starts as soon as possible.

Education required is a secondary school graduation certificate with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience. The job must be performed at the employer's site, with no remote option.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables.
• Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools.
• Repair machine tools and parts as needed.
• Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance.
• Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments.
• Verify dimensions of parts and products using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools.
