What you’ll be doing

A Sales Receptionist is often the first point of contact in our sales department. Clients will reach out by phone, or you may be the first contact when clients arrive at our dealership. A warm, professional welcome is essential to ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining premium dealership-client relationships through emails and phone calls, reminding clients of upcoming services.
  2. Advising clients on vehicle needs and recommendations for services.
  3. Confirming Service Appointments: verifying servicing needs, noting issues for service advisors, updating any changes, and confirming time, date, and transportation needs with the client.
  4. Managing Advisor appointments & Shop time to keep our in-person teams running smoothly.
What we need from you
  • Availability for required shifts during our work week.
