Job summary

UPS Canada in Saskatoon seeks a delivery professional to handle package transportation in a fast-paced setting. You will drive, load and unload parcels while ensuring safety and accuracy for both residential and commercial customers.

Applicants must hold a Class 5 driver's licence and a current driving abstract with no major violations, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted (150 lbs with assistance). Expect 45+ hours/week, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted and up to 150 lbs with assistance.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
  • Current driving abstract showing no suspensions or major violations within specified periods.

Responsibilities

He/She performs in a physical, fast-paced environment involving driving and continually lifting, lowering, and carrying packages to and from residential and/or commercial properties while practicing safe transportation methods. The role ensures excellent customer service through efficiency and dedication.

Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs. unassisted and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
  • Complies with UPS appearance guidelines.
  • Excellent customer contact, communication skills, and driving skills.
  • Class 5 Full (non‑GDL) Drivers Licence.
  • Current (within last 30 days) Personal Drivers Abstract showing no suspensions or revokes of licence within last five years, no-fault accidents within last three years, and no tickets within last twelve months.
  • Meets local age (21 years of age or older) and operations requirements to operate a vehicle.
  • Availability to work 5 days per week – Monday through Friday – 45+ hours a week.
