Job Description

Primary Location: Fairbanks, Alaska

Merchandiser: Responsible for displaying and arranging beverage products on shelves, displays, and other areas to attract customers. Provides excellent customer service, effectively resolves complaints, and demonstrates high accuracy and the ability to work independently.

• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Arrange products according to plan or management-approved ideas.
• Place price and descriptive signs on fixtures and merchandise.
• Transfer products from stock room to displays to ensure freshness and stock efficiency.
• Order products for assigned accounts to prevent stockouts.
• Develop or follow display ideas in coordination with management.
• Communicate effectively daily with store personnel regarding service or product needs.
• Assemble display aids from POS materials.
• Wear company uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
