Job summary

Thrifty-Foods in Victoria, BC is seeking a Meat Supervisor to lead and develop a friendly, well-trained team while ensuring top-notch customer service. You will supervise the department in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant, drive staff engagement, and uphold product quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coaching, daily meat department operations, inventory control, and merchandising to maximize sales and minimize waste.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full knowledge of department operations and skills.
