What you'll do:

Reporting to the Food Store Manager,theMeat Cutter is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members. The Meat Cutter excels in product knowledge, technical skills of cuts, and efficient production of product. Key responsibilities are but not limited to;

• Ensuring all production and preparation adheres to the production schedule, quality cuts, recipes, and product quality standards;
• Filling empty or open spots on the display case, ensuring specials are always well merchandise, performing quality control checks and product rotation, communicate with the Store Manager;
• Providing good customer service, attends to customer requests, ensuring that they are the priority;
• Safely operating and the regular preventative maintenance of equipment used in the course of work.
