Tribeca & Hamptons in August

Working parents, in Tribeca, need to hire a full-time, live-out Nanny to care for two toddlers and who can assist with some very light upkeep. Responsibilities include: school drop off/ pick up, escorting the children to afterschool activities, planning educational and fun activities and outings with the children, handling all of the children’s housekeeping & laundry, and helping to keep the common areas tidy, some light meal preparation and occasional errands. The family employs a housekeeper so the Nanny will not be doing any deep cleaning but applicants should be ok with wiping down a counter or emptying the dishwasher, etc. All candidates must be developmentally minded and focused on helping the children reach their fullest potential. Drivers and swimmers are preferred and applicants must be up to date on MMR, TDAP & flu). The schedule is Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6:30 pm, with the occasional late night or perhaps a weekend or family vacation. In August, the family goes to the Hamptons and Nanny should be able to work 4 days and then will go home for 3. Compensation $30-35/hr. plus a MetroCard.
